[sdiy] SMPTE Time Code Reader—Need Generator

Hi Terry,

Since SMPTE 12M LTC is audio frequency, it is not hard to generate even 
on very limited audio interfaces. If you look around, you should be able 
to locate software that can do this for you so you get started.

We where able to do this min 90thies and it was not completely 
unmanageable back then, and we had whopping 44.1 kHz 16 bit ADC and DACs 
to play with.

I have SMPTE time-code equipment a little here and there. If needed I 
could code it up, my biggest issue would get interfacing to modern 
software API for audio, which I don't have energy to learn right now.
