[sdiy] Raspberry pi 3 synthesizer optimised for touch screens

Not touch screen, but MiniDexed is kind of the darling of the
Pi/Synth world these days. Its a DX7 emulator that uses a jog
wheel and a 16x2 LCD. You can bang this together with a
little time and not much cost.
