Here is where I downloaded theactual LTSpice files:

http://bordodynov.ltwiki.org/

This one is the one I downloaded:

http://bordodynov.ltwiki.org/lib.zip

In this lib.zip I found the .lib files:

lib\sub\74HC.lib 74HCT.lib CD4000.lib

and their LTSPICE associated .asy files sub-directories

lib\sym\ZZZ\LOGIC\74HC\

lib\sym\ZZZ\LOGIC\74HCT\

lib\sym\ZZZ\LOGIC\CD4xxx\

I did not check that but I wanted ALL these libraries for any future possibilities..

Voilà !
