Here is where I downloaded theactual LTSpice files:
http://bordodynov.ltwiki.org/
This one is the one I downloaded:
http://bordodynov.ltwiki.org/lib.zip
In this lib.zip I found the .lib files:
lib\sub\74HC.lib 74HCT.lib CD4000.lib
and their LTSPICE associated .asy files sub-directories
lib\sym\ZZZ\LOGIC\74HC\
lib\sym\ZZZ\LOGIC\74HCT\
lib\sym\ZZZ\LOGIC\CD4xxx\

I did not check that but I wanted ALL these libraries for any future possibilities..
