The most important information is:  In the 8' setting, the pitch of an 
organ corresponds to the notated notes.

This means: if the sound generator produces a 260Hz tone with an 
incoming MIDI note 36 and an 8' setting, then it should produce a 65Hz 
tone with the 32' setting with an incoming MIDI note 36.

On large concert organs, the frequency of the lowest note with an 8' 
setting is usually 64Hz (see

. This means: the lowes MIDI-note on the pedal is C1 or MIDI note number 12.
