[sdiy] Unique sounding modules that can't have voltage control?

I guess that counts, but let's preclude digital algorithms from now
on. What I really meant is a module that has a knob or slider for
something that you can move in real time, but you can't have that same
parameter controlled by CV - or if you did that, then the sound would
change.
