This is how "voices-in-my-had-gun" works. You point highly focused,
directional ultrasound emiter to someone's head far away, and due to
intermodulation, that person, and only that person hears whatever you
want them to hear, not able to tell where that comes from.
It must be scary and mindblowing to someone unaware of this attack.
