Sometimes Yes, sometimes No! :-)

It depends what it's being fed through, (any non-linearities, 
DC-blocking,) and if it's being mixed with anything else 
(constructive/destructive interference,) etc.

Question is also equivalent to asking does a sawtooth sound the same 
when played backwards :-)
