As in a pile of tape dumped on the floor ?

The only keyboard instrument that used to need two roadies dedicated to it :-)

Sampler data as a tape dump. Absolutely. It’s called a Mellotron.

Nowadays it's easier to use a sampler or computer than a cassette tape, since it's just audio.
