Unfortunately putting the PSU in the same box makes it subject to approvals which adds cost. Are you sure you can't use one of those black-case TPA3255 Chinese modules with an external 50V switchmode 5 Amps in-line PSU ?

Subject: [sdiy] Any idea for an inexpensive 100w at 8ohms audio power module (supply included)
Does anybody have an idea for an inexpensive 100w at 8ohms mono audio power module
That would have its own supply from 120vac?
There is a lot of cheap chinese audio power modules available
But they all need an added power supply (transformer, bridge, caps).
I’m looking for some kind of Class D power module that would only need 120VAC.
Audio in, spkr out, 120VAC supply. That’s it.
Any idea ?
