[sdiy] Panel glue for light pipes

You can glue them (I have done that, though I'm currently forgetting the
name of the superglue we like), but depending on the series the data sheet
may specify a "mounting ring" which is a little bit of rubber sized to the
lightpipe. I am currently using VCC lightpipes and mounting rings RTN_100
or RTN_150 depending on the size.

I find this to be easier than dealing with panel tolerances for press fit
and cleaner than gluing. They do require a bit of space around the
lightpipe.
