[sdiy] Panel glue for light pipes

Hello!

I have a project with a lot of LEDs and would like to use some front inserted light pipes on a panel, but the idea of relying on pressfit plastic doesn't sound so good.

Is there a good way to secure these types of light pipes? It seems like sticky fingers would pull them out.
