Usually don't reply to posts where people are more or less pounding 
nails with screwdrivers.

That being said.

There are a number of radio/TV stations and music studios that use RJ45 
(4 twisted pairs) network cables to distribute differential audio 
signals. You have to pay attention to the pins to make sure you get the 
twisted pairs right.
