Especially if you put all four coils on a ferrite rod. I assume they still make those even though AM radios aren't as common as they used to be.

My thoughts exactly.
It's relatively easy to mix the MHz signals together with a decent CFB
op-amp, but you'll never get a compact antenna that is capable of
efficiently radiating them all at the same time! (The OP should read
about radiation resistance, capacity top-hat and base-loading coil if
they are interested to understand why this is the case.)
