Yes fairly sure that's the same guy with some of the same data but definitely not the same paper I'm thinking of - it was in the standard scientific paper presentation look, whatever that's called.  In that he showed ways of reducing the distortion of the hi-k caps using servo mechanisms.

Let me search the Wayback machine and I'll get back to you.
