[sdiy] Another LM13700?

I've used that company's 5532 and it was fine - met all the specs of the original.  As Neil said they are probably just absolute copies of one version or another.  There's a company in Singapore which will take any chip and strip away the layers so as to produce an exact set of masks (and a schematic);

No clue what the deal is with them, and the price isn't much better than
ordering direct from TI. But could this be another actual manufacturer
of this chip? Might be nice for those like me that love and rely on this
part #.
