Best of luck with your venture!  I agree that documentation can be a real
differentiator - I learned so much from the detailed technical details that
came with kits from MOTM and Oakley, and PCBs from Catgirl and MFOS, I am
eternally grateful to those men for their support and generosity, and that
kind of documentation is a rarity today.  But another lesson from their
experience is to be sure to include the cost of technical support when
figuring your expenses.   If you underestimate that, you will either wind
up with frustrated customers (and a bad rep) or you will burn out,
guaranteed.
