[sdiy] Advice for Troubleshooting Intellijel Power Supply Please

Thanks Peter, I'll keep that in mind if nothing else pans out. I kind of
like the troubleshooting challenge and I'm always looking for an excuse to
order some bits and bobs from mouser :)
