Thanks for the reply.
These are all SMD components and the capacitor is labeled C65 so I'm 99%
sure it is a ceramic capacitor. There is an "output stage" for each of the
power rails and each one has a similar layout. All three have a
resistor and capacitor placed vertically just before an inductor. The -12V
rail is the only one that seems like it is shorted to ground when doing a
continuity test with the meter. The resistor and capacitor in question are
between the mosfet and diode though (really big ones) and desoldering them
will prove to be a challenge. I would rather have some confirmation that
they are indeed the problem before trying to get them out of the hole they
are in.
