[sdiy] Advice for Troubleshooting Intellijel Power Supply Please

Someone gave me an Intellijel TSP80W power supply that is not working
correctly. It is for eurorack of course. The +12V and +5V look good, but
there is nothing on the -12V.

I sent Intellijel a message and asked for any help they might offer, but I
thought I would ask here also while I wait for their response.

A few things to note is that there is an LTC3853 Triple Output Step Down
Converter. I don't know anything about this chip, so I don't know if that
is creating / controlling all 3 voltage rails or not. Near the end of the
circuit just before the -12V LED, there is a series of IRF5305 Mosfet, then
a STPS745G rectifier, and I believe an inductor marked 150 1752.

I found a ceramic capacitor between the mosfet and rectifier that seems
shorted, but I don't know if there is another part of the circuit causing
that or not. And I haven't tried removing the cap yet to test it off the
board.

If anyone thinks it is worth seeing pictures or anything, I can try to
attach.
