[sdiy] Missing emails in SDIY discussion threads...?

I do that, but it's distracting to have to remove the others. Email
was one of, if not THE first one-to-many electronic medium, so it's a
bit disappointing that early on no one added reply-to-list for list
responses and reply-to-sender for private responses.
