[sdiy] Missing emails in SDIY discussion threads...?

What it means is that clicking plain reply will not fill in
synth-diy at synth-diy.org to the list of recipients by default, but just
the individual that sent the e-mail. Reply all, will also fill in
synth-diy at synth-diy.org so the e-mail goes to the list as well.
