[sdiy] Missing emails in SDIY discussion threads...?

Two things on that.
1) That clearly wasn't the case for the missing messages in this case.
2) Why not include the list e-mail in the reply-to list so you don't have
to specifically click reply all? The argument I've heard ever since I first
got into e-mail lists some 20 years ago was that there's a risk that you
meant to respond privately and risk sending it to the list. This doesn't
make much sense for a list like this, especially in the current year, for a
few reasons.
* There's a SDIY header in the subject line that immediately gives it away.
(Some lists don't have such a header.)
* Most people on this list probably don't interact with each other outside
the list. So there's little reason in most cases to assume that what you're
receiving is a private e-mail. Especially now when E-mail is a declining
communication form. It might be different in a workplace where people
regularly communicate both on and off list.

I say, just flip the switch and be done with this continued inconvenience.
