KiCad supports Git hosted libraries
https://www.kicad.org/libraries/download/
And there are additional ones that are available from random people's git
repositories. I have a couple I just did git pull on that had some of the
kinds of things I use in module designs.
That said, your switches look like a very particular part. You *might* be
able to find a kicad footprint/symbol/whatever at Mouser or DigiKey for the
same part number. Odds are good that eventually you'll find some part
where you have to make your own symbol or footprint (I think I didn't find
any OTAs in the main symbol libraries, for example). It's not a bad idea
to experiment with that capability and make your own.
