Okay thanks Mattias, looks like i'm quite a few orders of magnitude off 
from this being done with opamps and caps. That makes sense, 20ms is 
pretty dang long once Rene Schmitz pointed out that it would require 
thousands of kilometers of coax cable.. wow.
