[sdiy] 20ms delay? analog allpass filter?

By pure accident I am now experimenting with delay lines, or rather 
transmission lines, although one of them is just 12ns, and the other 
about 24ns. My next fun project is delay line with lumped components, 
basicaly a board with a gazzilion of L&C in 0603.
Will gladly post the results.
