[sdiy] unknown synth pcbs

I did a rough trace of the copper of the first PCB and tried to do a google
image search, but no luck.  Also tried "sei 4pol vcf" on the wayback
machine (they have a lot of old hobbyist magazines) and no luck there
either.

I agree it does look like DIY etching from foils in a magazine.  I bet if
we could place "sei" that would help narrow it down.
