[sdiy] JLCPCB now lets you ship them parts

It seems like JLC has recently added a "consignment parts" section that 
allows you to ship them parts. I haven't done it and shipped from Canada 
to China has been a very expensive 50/50 gamble for me, but this might 
be handy for people.

Let us know how it went if you use the service. I've had them source 
parts from Mouser before, went smooth with no issues.
