[sdiy] Help programming STM32 in the US

Dear List,

my name is Max and I previously ran E-RM, the makers of the multiclock.
We have closed shop, but a customer from LA has reached out to me with a
repair request which is beyond their abilities.

They need help with flashing an STM32 microcontroller with the
respective USB programmer. They have board and programmer already at
their place, but can not complete the
programming routine.

Would any one of you be able so help out here, if they send you the
board and programmer?
