[sdiy] EMS VCS3 II negative power supply problems

VCS3 is alive and kicking now, I obviously needed to swap the regulating
741 once again.
+12V and -9V come out as +12.2 and -8.8. Haven't tweaked anything yet.

Is there normally a good reason to calibrate all trimpots in these beasts,
or is it safer to leave them be? Well-tuned oscillators have never felt so
unimportant. :-)
