[sdiy] Momentum in front panel controls?

The Revox A76 FM tuner (A77 sibling) had a heavy and nice tuning dial with
quite a lot of momentum but almost no friction, really good to turn and
feel.

Heavy or big knobs can be great in the right context. The Roland/Boss BBD
delays (DC-10 etc) have large knobs (a la TR-808 big knob) that makes the
delay time adjustment almost feel like a rubber band.
