[sdiy] Chassis punch for power socket

For many years, I've been using a 28mm x 21mm rectangular chassis punch to
install power sockets on old synthesizers that had fixed power cords.  My
punch finally self-destructed, and I'm having difficulty finding a
replacement in the US.
Anyone have any pointers?
