I have a service manual. I’m missing 2 of these weird knobs. Is thre a source? They look a bit like a Davies knob, but a pointer/skirtless one I haven’t seen before.

I have a bunch of questions that I am hoping somebody here can answer. First, what are these connectors? Tuchel? Pinout? Second, how should I power this up safely? I assume that the power caps are dead, but any advice? I have read about people powering these and caps exploding, is there any way to prevent that? If I replace these 16uF electrolytics, the trimming is gonna be out, there appears to be just a few trims, so they can’t be for all these caps.
