If this is the same AMD29XX that I am familiar with it isn't a computer 
but a 4 bit slice ALU. It needs to be used with other components to make 
compute engines. These were typically used in printers as post script 
engines and as graphics engines. As processors became faster and GPUs 
became available the 29XX series of parts became less useful.
