[sdiy] Powering 4ms pod

Did you do a continuity check between V+ & 0V, 0V & V-, and V+ & V- yet?
Do so, 'cos it sounds like you have a short somewhere - pretty sure 
that's why the DCDCs are pulsing on/off.
Either a production error uncaught, or a misplaced screw or something 
hidden & causing mischief.
