[sdiy] Powering 4ms pod

Are you sure you don't have a short on one of the power rails? (eg a 
screw came loose & is shorting something)

This pulsing suggests the DCDC is trying & failing to start up.

Did you do a continuity check between the rails? (there shouldn't be 
continuity between them)
