[sdiy] Fume extraction

A Hakko HJ3100 or FA430 can be had for decent prices used if you look
around.  I don't understand cutting corners on something like this.  A few
hundred up front now is much better and cheaper than crippling medical
bills and ruined health down the line.  Consider it an investment in
yourself.
