[sdiy] Carbon film resistors

Multicomp seems to be a “store brand” of Newark (and Element 14 is the hobbyist wing of Newark).  So vendor is probably variable.
Maybe it’s just because I hate Newark NJ so much but I am inclined to be doubtful of the product, but agree, even if you try hard to screw up metal resistors they will be better than carbon.
