"Multicomp" is Farnell/Element14's "own brand" label, sourced from wherever. It's a white-label resistor, essentially.
Still, Farnell know one end of a resistor from the other, so I'm sure they're fine and meet the specs they state. You pay for brand names in electronics like anything else.
