[sdiy] VCO that goes SHARP in highest octaves??

One issue when looking at HF oscillations is sometimes the scope probe 
adds enough capacitance or resistance to stop the oscillation. Also 
sometimes with HF oscillations op-amps may overheat. Might look to see 
if an op-amp is overheating by just touching them.
