Can you put the old damaged ones on a flatbed scanner (with some object of a known size for scale adjustment and get the hole centres and maybe an outline that way?

I’ve been experimenting with Super Vectoriser Pro on the Mac to automatically convert raster images (TIFF etc) to vector (DXF) seems to work well with a bit of parameter experimentation
