[sdiy] [OT] UV solder mask vs JBWeld/Gorilla Weld

Hi Barry, based on your pic I'd probably use a small piece of aluminum,
phenolic PCB material, or acrylic cut just bigger than the patched area,
and use a quality double sided tape to attach the flex pcb to it. Liquid
electrical tape may be a more robust option than UV soldermask to
encapsulate after. You could even use some kind of epoxy and sandwich the
repaired area but I'd be worried about that causing stress as it cures, and
future access may be important?
