Apparently also operating temperature.
 From an ST document "en.STM32G4-Memory-Flash_FLASH.pdf", there it says:

Data retention:

30 years after 10k cycles @ 55°C
15 years after 10k cycles @ 85°C
10 years after 10k cycles @ 105°C

30 years after 1k cycles @ 85°C
15 years after 1k cycles @ 105°C
7 years after 1k cycles @ 125°C

They call this "design expectation". I guess it's hard to artificially
speed this up for testing it accurately.
