[sdiy] Question for the self-assembly SMD-ers here

Unfortunately so far, JLC does not accept outside parts. They’ve geared up to being able to buy new ones on your behalf, but they’re not a "normal" PCBA shop. 

Am I wrong about this? It would be rad if I was. Someone correct me and change my life for the better please.
