[sdiy] Special tools for SMT

Oh, there are some great suggestions here.

My own most used & very affordable screwdriver is the Wera Kraftform PZ1.
Good to have the PZ0 (smaller) too, but I don't really like the flathead 
ones from the same range - the heads are a bit too small, I feel.
