[sdiy] MIDI channel footswitch changer gizmo ..

Any MIDI utility box advertized as "MIDI processor" can do this. I think 
MIDI Solutions would be best.
Actually I almost implemented it once in my MIDI controller, but finally 
gave up the idea, because "whoo needs that anyway".
