One guy shows a complicated design, another shows what he made:
basically a long straight edge made out of plexi, with a groove cut
into it. He puts the tape in the glue and then tapes it down with
sticky tape along its two parallel edges. Then he pulls down the
protecting sheet as necessary. This seems very simple and hard to get
wrong, but it takes a bunch of space.
