The Waldorf Blofeld excels at this.
You've got 2 filters, both of which can be +ve or -ve comb, and can be
placed in series and parallel.
There's a noise generator with a colour control (which behaves like a tilt
eq)
Each oscillator, inc noise can be set to go to either filter, or both, with
a variable balance control.
Complex Envelopes (loopable if you'd like) and LFOs for days, complex mod
matrix.

I am a devoted Blofeld fanboy, and the MS2000r  are my favourite synths.
