[sdiy] Kurzweil K2000 upgrade

I have the k2500, no KDFX.
I haven't connected the unit in ages, but my memory is that the filters
sound fantastic, maybe some of the best-sounding of any rompler, and there
are lots of very useful ones to choose from.
I think I need to upgrade the unit with an SCSI2SD device to bring it back
to life.
