Unless I had actually seen and handled the product, I wouldn't put too
much weight on the *claimed* capabilities of a spam-advertised Chinese
fab. When I was trying to get panels (aluminum, not PCB) made by mainland
Chinese manufacturers on first starting NCS, I found significant gaps
between what they would advertise; what they would commit to in the
contract; and what they would actually deliver. Just yesterday in my live
stream I marked the occasion of using up my last Chinese-made panel. I
don't expect to buy more of those for a long time. Maybe PCBs would be
different, but I don't seen an obvious reason to expect they would be.
