I have seen a few leakages from soldered in coin cells. Mainly Yamaha 
units from the 80s if I remember rightly. In all cases it was a clear 
slightly viscous liquid which didn't seem to be eating into anything. I 
have no idea what it was but it cleaned up nicely with a bit of IPA.
